My parcel did show up in the end, but the tracking never really updated. I’m not sure if it was a system issue or something else, but it was a bit confusing while I was waiting

The clothes themselves looked fine and the website was easy enough to use, but the shipping cost felt way too high for such a small order. To me, it kind of took away from the whole experience. I might consider ordering again, but only if the delivery fees are lower.

My refund took sooo long to come through, and the updates were not clear at all. I kept having to wait around for my money with no real idea what was going on, which was super annoying tbh.

I paid by card, the checkout page looked normal and secure, there weren’t any random pop-ups, strange redirects, odd extra screens, or anything that made me pause. The confirmation email came through right away too, which always makes me feel better, like when you get a receipt in a shop or a tracking email after buying shoes or a text from your bank after a payment. I’m giving 4 stars just because I’m still a bit cautious about saving card details online in general, whether it’s clothes, food delivery, booking tickets, or whatever, but I didn’t have any issues here.

The prices are good for what you get. I did feel a bit unsure right after I paid, like I wasn’t totally convinced everything would turn out okay, but the clothes arrived looking nice and better than I expected for the price. Didn’t feel like I wasted my money, and I’d probably buy again when I need something.

I saw their promo offer and thought it looked decent, especially compared to some other deals I’d seen, but the code just wouldn’t work when I got to checkout. I reached out to support hoping they could fix it, but they weren’t much help. Kind of frustrating because the discount was the main reason I was going to order in the first place.

The quality is okay overall, but not amazing. The stitching feels a little cheap in some spots, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up long term. Also, having to go through verification more than once was frustrating and felt unnecessary.
